- Although you did not succeed in the 2023 World Championship, you later obtained a license for the Paris-2024 Summer Olympic Games. How do you rate the year?
- It was a year full of events and ups and downs. I'm glad I got what I wanted. I was able to get a license for the Olympics.
- Will it not be difficult to follow this success in the new year?
- In 2024, I aimed to collect the best form of my career. For this reason, I want to bring a gold medal to Azerbaijan from Paris-2024.
- Then you shouldn't take a break from intense training...
- I will do everything for this. Because I really want the gold medal to be mine.
- Have you started working on a special program for the Olympics?
- Since I have not been in Dagestan for nine months, the head coach of the national team, Mammad Abdullayev, gave me some rest. I went on vacation for two weeks. I came and saw my family, I am full of new energy and ready for the Olympics.
- Some competitors have already been determined in the race to be held in Paris. What can you say about it?
- I am ready for anything. Throughout the year, we met strong opponents and I managed to resist each of them. So it doesn't scare me at all. Already winning the right to participate in the Olympics shows that I am not a weak competitor.
