The Canoe World Cup continues in Szeged, Hungary.
Azerbaijan’s sole representative, Tatyana Smilovenko, took to the water once again, Idman.biz reports.
Competing in the 500m distance, she completed the semifinal in 2 minutes 11.33 seconds, finishing 6th in her heat of nine athletes. As a result, Tatyana has qualified for the B Final, which will take place today.
It's also worth noting that she will compete in another event today — the 200m race.
