American UFC fighter Khalil Rountree is set to walk out to the famous meykhana "Who are you? Goodbye!" before his bout against Jamahal Hill at the upcoming UFC event in Baku.

This information was confirmed to Idman.biz by informed sources.

It is noted that Rountree himself shared the news today while attending a video shoot featuring Azerbaijani fighter Nazim Sadykhov.

The meykhana, originally performed by Intigam Rustamov, gained massive popularity across the post-Soviet space in 2012, with its iconic phrase "Who are you? Goodbye!" becoming a widely recognized catchphrase.

Rountree arrived in Baku last week and has spent his free time exploring the city and immersing himself in the local culture. He also posted a photo on social media wearing a traditional Azerbaijani papakh (sheepskin hat).

The bout between Khalil Rountree and Jamahal Hill will serve as the main event of UFC Fight Night 259, scheduled for June 21 at Baku Crystal Hall.

In the co-main event, Azerbaijani fighter Rafael Fiziev will face Chilean contender Ignacio Bahamondes. Additionally, Nazim Sadykhov and Tofiq Musayev will go up against Brazilian Nikolas Motta and Kyrgyz fighter Myktybek Orolbay, respectively.
