Acrobatics World Cup Returns to Baku in 2025

The Acrobatics World Cup will make its highly anticipated return to Baku next year.

According to Idman.biz, one of the prestigious World Cup stages will take place at the National Gymnastics Arena from June 13-15, 2025.

The World Cup series features five thrilling stages, beginning in Pours-Sind-Amans, Belgium (March 6-8). Following that, the competition moves to Burgas (May 30-June 1), before Baku hosts its round.

After Baku, the series continues in Aalend, Germany (June 19-21), with the grand final held in Rzeszów, Poland (June 27-29).
In 2018, the World Cup in acrobatics was held in Baku. Two years ago, the world championship of this type, as well as world competitions in age groups, were organized in the capital.

Considering the result of the world championship held in Guimaraes (Portugal), we can say that Azerbaijani acrobats will be the main favorites of the next season. At the World Cup, the mixed pair of Raziya Seyidli - Agasif Rahimov, as well as the men's duet of Murad Rafiyev - Daniel Abbasov won two gold medals and one bronze medal. The men's group consisting of Seymur Jafarov, Abdullah Al-Mashaykhi, Rasul Seyidli, and Riad Safarov won the bronze prize, and the Azerbaijani team won the silver prize in the team championship.
