The Brazil national team has officially secured qualification for the 2026 World Cup after a narrow 1-0 victory over Paraguay.

Since 1930, 22 World Cup tournaments have been held. Under the leadership of Carlo Ancelotti, the team will now participate in the tournament for the 23rd time. Brazil has won the tournament five times, which is an absolute record.
Germany is second in this regard, having qualified for the World Cup finals 20 times.
It should be noted that the 2026 World Cup will be jointly hosted by three countries: Canada, the USA, and Mexico. A total of 13 matches will be played in both Canada and Mexico, while the USA will host 78 matches. The tournament will be held from June 11 to 19 next year.
