The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has released the latest rankings for the 2024 Men's Best International Goal Scorers, covering goals scored in both club international competitions and national team matches.

Idman.biz reports that Leading the list are Moroccan players, who have dominated the scoring charts for several months.

Ayoub El Kaabi, playing for Olympiakos in Greece, has held the top spot for five consecutive months with an impressive 18 goals across club and national team competitions. Fellow Moroccan Soufiane Rahimi trails closely with 17 goals for Al Ain in the UAE, showcasing the strength of Moroccan football talent on the international stage. England’s Harry Kane takes third place with 15 goals, scoring for both Bayern Munich in Germany and his national team.

The top 10 includes a mix of players from various continents, highlighting the global nature of international football. Akram Afif from Qatar ranks fourth with 14 goals, while Aymen Hussein of Iraq, representing Al Quwa Al Jawiya and Al Khor, follows with 13 goals. Venezuela’s Salomón Rondón (Pachuca, Mexico) and Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman (Atalanta, Italy) each contribute to the diversity, with 13 and 12 goals respectively.

In addition to the leading scorers, the list features several well-known players:
