Barcelona upgrades VIP services following fans’ complaints - PHOTO

After complaints from spectators about unsatisfactory catering during the match against Alavés, Barcelona has taken steps to improve VIP services.

According to Idman.Biz, citing Diario Sport, the club officially apologized to guests and appointed chef Dani García, owner of the restaurant Lena, to update the menu and oversee service quality.

At the same time, the cost of a VIP ticket was increased from €100 to €120 per person.

As compensation, the club offered two free tickets to a Barcelona basketball team match to soften the negative experience for fans.

This decision demonstrates the club’s commitment to maintaining a high level of service for its VIP guests and responding promptly to their feedback.
