Another Azerbaijani boxer won the title of the winner of the EUBC youth men Boxing Championship held in Poreč, Croatia.
Idman.biz reports that Omar Aslanli (54 kg) has advanced to the top of the podium in the Azerbaijan national team.
He faced Maxym Chekin (Ukraine) in the final. The Azerbaijani boxer defeated his opponent 4:1 (30:27, 29:28, 30:27, 29:28, 28:29) and won the gold medal of the European Championship.
With this, our national team finished the European Championship with 2 gold medals. Previously, Bilalhabashi Nazarov (48 kg) was awarded the title of European champion.
