He spoke about the activities of the newly established academy. Alimov said that they did not ignore the children who were not selected: "We sent them to the Baku and Sumgayit teams on behalf of our school. 6 teams from U-8 to U-16 perform in the Baku zone, and U-11, U-12 and U-13 teams perform in the Sumgayit zone."
The head of the academy also announced the future plans: "We are newly established and initially we wanted to start with the lower age groups. Later, teams of older ages will be formed. In the future, we will act as a single academy. Our team has a coach and assistants for each age group. We want to create our team that will participate in advanced football in the future."
It should be noted that the "Ulduz" Football Academy, which started its activities with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, initially selected 800 children and 69 of them passed the test.
