Idman.biz reports that this was said by Youth and Sports Minister Farid Gayibov in his statement to journalists.
He said that he believes that AFFA will make the right decision in the selection of the head coach: "AFFA is conducting the work related to this. I hope that a successful choice will be made in the end."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan national team was left without a head coach after Gianni de Biasi left his post. The expired contract of the Italian specialist was not extended by the decision of the Executive Committee of AFFA. The committee created a special Working Group to identify the candidates for the position of head coach.
