24 athletes claiming these 12 places represent 15 teams. The team of individual neutral athletes will be represented in the semi-finals by more - 5 wrestlers.
Five countries each retain 2, nine national teams each retain 1 license chance. Beka Kandelaki is the only semi-finalist of the Azerbaijan national team.
