Patrick van Aanholt, the former Chelsea and Galatasaray defender, has found a new team to continue his career.
According to Idman.biz, the 34-year-old Dutch player has signed a contract with Sparta Rotterdam, his home country club, which will keep him with the team until the end of the season.
Van Aanholt began his professional career at Chelsea and has also played for Coventry, Newcastle, Leicester, Wigan, Vitesse, Sunderland, Crystal Palace, and Galatasaray. Additionally, he has made 19 appearances for the Netherlands national team.
