The 1st official meeting of the Bureau of the 9th Conference of the Parties to the International Convention anti-doping in Sports (COP9) was held in Baku.
Idman.biz reports that the deputy chairman of the COP9 Bureau, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov greeted the guests.
At the meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Bureau, the Prime Minister of the Presidential Cabinet of the Republic of Senegal, Matar Ban, the proposals and other issues related to the support provided to the participating states in order to improve the monitoring system of the Convention and to give full ownership of the provisions of the Convention were discussed.
