Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov held his 12th meeting with representatives of the federation on January 15.

At the meeting organized in the Guba Olympic Sports Complex, the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov greeted the representatives of the federation and experts and spoke about the recent work and tasks ahead, and informed about the purpose of the meeting.
According to the agenda of the meeting, sports preparation for the Paris-2024 Summer Olympic Games, development program for 2024-2025 and other issues were discussed. Also, proposals related to technical regulations, procedural rules for conducting international competitions, evaluation of federations according to criteria were reported. Preparation issues for the III CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan in 2025 were also discussed.
The meeting also gave a report on the activity of the federations on social media, presented the updated version of the official website of the ministry, discussed the regulations on the election of the sports ambassador and other issues.
At the event, the opinions and suggestions of the federations were heard, and the issues that concerned them were jointly discussed.
Deputy Minister Mariana Vasileva, heads of relevant departments of the ministry and winners of the "Yukselish" competition also participated in the meeting.
