As part of the VI Islamic Solidarity Games, Azerbaijan’s Youth and Sports Minister Farid Gayibov paid an official visit to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
According to Idman.Biz, citing the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the minister visited the athletes’ village on November 7 and met with Azerbaijani athletes participating in the Islamic Solidarity Games.
Gayibov inquired about the athletes’ living, training, and nutrition conditions and received updates on their preparation process.
He wished the athletes success in the competitions and gave instructions to the responsible officials to further improve the conditions provided.
