The Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF) will start the season of international competitions from February.
According to the information provided by AGF to Idman.biz, the first competition will be the Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling World Cup, which will be held at the National Gymnastics Arena from February 23 to 25.
Trampoline gymnastics competition will be a license for Paris-2024 in the individual program. 32 trampoline and 6 tumbling country representatives will participate in the World Cup.
Among women Seljan Mahsudova, among men Huseyn Asadullayev, Nijat Mirzayev and Mehdi Aliyev will represent Azerbaijan in the individual and synchronized trampoline competitions.
Mikhail Malkin, Adil Hajizade, Tofig Aliyev, Huseyn Abbasov, Bilal Gurbanov will represent Azerbaijan in the tumbling competition.
It should be noted that trampoline gymnastics began to develop in Azerbaijan at the end of 2013. This will be the seventh World Cup organized by Azerbaijan in trampoline gymnastics.
