Azerbaijanis living in Slovenia have reached out to the Sabah football club.
According to Idman.biz, the club’s head of media, Elnur Hamidov, told Report news agency that fellow Azerbaijanis contacted the club regarding the second leg of the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round to be held in Slovenia: “The number of supporters who will back us will be clarified on match day. Some of our compatriots living in Slovenia have already contacted us. However, the final number will be known on the day of the match.”
The Celje vs. Sabah match will take place on July 17 at 22:00 Baku time. The first leg, held in Baku, ended with a 3-2 victory for the Slovenian side.
