Barcelona president Joan Laporta said this when answering a question about the extension of striker Lamin Yamal's contract, which expires in the summer of 2026, Idman.biz reports.
Laporta said that the 17-year-old striker has good relations with his agent Jorge Mendes: "The extension of the contract with Yamal has been practically agreed, it only requires ratification."
Earlier in the press there were reports that Yamal would extend his contract with Barcelona until the summer of 2030, after it expires on July 18 next year.
