The Japanese specialist held a press conference before the meeting with the Azerbaijan national team within the framework of the "FIFA series - Edition 2024" project, which will be organized by FIFA for the first time in Baku. Otsuka said that they will mobilize all their strength for victory: "Azerbaijan national team is a very strong team. We will fight against a dynamic opponent. I watched the 1966 World Cup. I am aware of Tofig Bahramov's decision in the final of the World Cup. We will do our best to win in the games we will play with the Azerbaijani national team."
He also said that they analyzed Azerbaijan well: "We know the tactics of the game. I am from Japan. For this reason, I compare the game of the national team of Azerbaijan and my country.
