Ahead of the UEFA Champions League match between "Qarabag" and "Ajax", which will take place on December 10 in Baku, bookmakers have released their odds for the upcoming encounter.
As reported by Idman.Biz, the average odds from leading betting companies show a moderate advantage for the Azerbaijani champions.
Across the market, the odds for a "Qarabag" victory range from 1.90 to 2.05, while "Ajax" is priced between 3.30 and 3.60. A draw is offered at an average of 3.85–4.00. Thus, the approximate average values are as follows: "Qarabag" to win — 1.98, draw — 3.90, "Ajax" to win — 3.47.
Based on these figures, most bookmakers favour "Qarabag", viewing the Aghdam side as the more likely winner of the home match against the Amsterdam club.
It should be noted that after five rounds of the main stage of the Champions League, "Qarabag" has collected seven points and sits 19th in the table, while "Ajax" remains bottom without any points. The match between the teams will take place on Wednesday, December 10, at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium and will kick off at 21:45 Baku time.
