Santos has secured a return to Brazil's Serie A.

According to Idman.biz, this promotion was confirmed in the 36th round of Serie B.

With a 2-0 victory over Coritiba, Santos reached 68 points, moving 11 points clear of Ceará, who sit in fifth place with three games remaining. This lead has secured Santos’s promotion to Serie A.

Santos was relegated to Serie B last season.
