President of World Taekwondo Choue Chung-won will come to Baku.
Idman.biz reports that he will participate in the opening ceremony of the first-ever Azerbaijan Championship among junior taekwondo players.
In addition to Choue, the President of Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation Kamaladdin Heydarov and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Mariana Vasileva will also attend the event.
The opening ceremony will be held on April 5. The event, which will be organized at the Sports and Health Club of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, will start at 16:00.
It should be noted that 446 (351 boys, 95 girls) athletes will try their strength in the competition that started today. In the first place, the winners of 20 weight classes will be determined.
