Azerbaijani gymnast Shams Agahuseynova distinguished herself at the European Cup held in Baku.
She won a bronze medal in ribbon exercises in the junior competition, Idman.biz reports.
Agahuseynova scored 24,400 points for her performance.
The winner of this competition was Ukrainian Lyubov Gorashenko, and the silver medalist was Polish Ksenia Zhyzhyk.
Azerbaijani team already has three medals on its account. Previously, the team consisting of Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Agalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva and Sofia Mammadova has twice climbed the podium in group exercises. The girls won gold in the three-ball and two-hoop exercises, and bronze in the all-around.
