Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness is convinced Jurgen Klopp will not remain in Red Bull’s executive offices forever, insisting the former Liverpool manager is “made for the touchline” and destined to return to coaching.
Idman.Biz reports that Klopp, currently Global Head of Soccer at Red Bull, has spent nearly a year overseeing clubs including RB Leipzig, Red Bull Salzburg, and New York Red Bulls, focusing on long-term strategy, scouting, and mentoring.
Despite speculation linking him to Liverpool, Barcelona, Real Madrid, and even the German national team, Klopp has repeatedly dismissed rumours of a managerial comeback, stating he “doesn’t miss coaching” and will not coach in England again.
Hoeness, however, believes Klopp’s energy and charisma belong on the pitch rather than in boardrooms. He recalled Bayern once considered appointing Klopp in 2008, noting that coaching has always been his true calling. While Klopp enjoys his current role, he admits the future is open, leaving football fans to wonder when one of the game’s most influential managers might return to the dugout.
