The matches of the second day of the U-20 Azerbaijan Championship in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling were held today.
Idman.biz reports that freestyle wrestlers determined the strongest in 61, 70, 79, 92 and 125 kg.
Jamal Abbasov, Ramik Heybatov, Nuriddin Magommedgajiyev, Anar Jafarli and Muhammad Gantemirov, who won the final matches, advanced to the top of the podium.
The competition was watched by the Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov and his deputy Mariana Vasileva. The minister presented medals to the winning athletes.
