The Turkish Open Taekwondo Championship continues in Antalya.
As Idman.biz reports, on the second day of the competition, Azerbaijan's national junior team won 4 more medals.
Huseyn Abbasli (148 cm) defeated all his opponents and won the gold medal in the team. Murad Janaliyev (152 cm), Novruz Aliyev (168 cm) and Chingiz Hasanov (172 cm), who lost only in the final, took the second place.
The team led by head coach Rashad Mammadov and senior coach Vurgun Jafarov finished the Turkish Open Championship with 2 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medals.
On the first day of the competition, Maryam Jafarova (152 cm) took the first place, and Gulay Aliyeva (160 cm) took the third place.
It should be noted that the national team of Azerbaijan, consisting of adults, will also participate in the championship.
