As part of the Sports Week, a table tennis competition was held among employees of state institutions.
Idman.biz reports that 21 teams, including 60 employees - 17 men and 43 women - competed in the competition organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Table Tennis Federation at the Shua Sports Complex.
According to the final results, SOCAR (Svetlana Kayumova, Samira Jafarova, Nargiz Dashdemirova) was the first among women. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (Gumru Hasanova, Farah Babayeva, Aygun Safarova) and the Ministry of Economy (Naibe Mursakulova, Ilaha Ibrahimli, Hamida Asadova) were awarded the second and third places, respectively.
Among men, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Ali Bayramov, Vugar Ibrahimov, Tofig Rzayev) won the competition. SOCAR (Valeh Musayev, Suleyman Alimov, Iftikhar Maharramov) took the second place, and the State Customs Committee (Shamil Emchiyev, Sunay Hamzayev, Vugar Orujov) took the third place.
