On the final day of the European Cup in rhythmic gymnastics held in Baku, the Azerbaijani junior team won two bronze medals in group exercises.
The team consisting of Nazrin Abdullayeva, Ayan Nasirova, Nazrin Salmanli, Ilaha Bahadirova, Shams Muvaffaghi and Nilufer Orujlu won bronze medals in two finals - in exercises with five hoops and five pairs of clubs, Idman.biz reports.
Currently, Azerbaijani team has five awards. Before that, the team consisting of Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Agalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva and Sofia Mammadova rose to the podium twice. The gymnasts won gold in exercises with three balls and two hoops, and bronze in the all-around. In addition, Shams Agahuseynova came third in the junior ribbon performance.
