Gymnasts to compete for first licenses in Los Angeles

The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) is finalizing the dates for upcoming world championships across various disciplines in the coming years.

As reported by Idman.biz, the World Championship in Rhythmic Gymnastics is set to take place in June 2026. Frankfurt will host the event from August 12-16, welcoming the world's top gymnasts.

This championship is expected to be license-based, marking the beginning of Olympic qualifications for Los Angeles. The first qualifiers for the 2028 Summer Olympics will be determined in Frankfurt.
