Azerbaijan's rhythmic gymnastics team will participate in the World Universiade to be held in the Rhein-Ruhr region of Germany.
The group consisting of Laman Alimurodova, Darya Sorokina, Yelyzaveta Luzan, Gullu Agalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva, and Sofiya Mammadova will perform at the multi-sport event, Idman.biz reports.
The Universiade, taking place from July 16 to 27, will feature five groups: Azerbaijan, Ukraine, South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.
