Azerbaijani gymnasts have delivered impressive performances at the Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling World Championships in Nanjing, China.
As reported by İdman.Biz, Mikhail Malkin and Tofig Aliyev both qualified for the men's individual tumbling final following the second qualification round.
Malkin finished third with a score of 30.100 points, while Aliyev secured sixth place with 29.600 points, earning both athletes the opportunity to compete for medals.
Azerbaijan also achieved an excellent result in the men's team tumbling competition, finishing first in qualification with a combined score of 87.200 points.
The results underline Azerbaijan's strong presence in international tumbling, with the national team demonstrating its medal potential in both individual and team events.
The World Championships began on November 4 and will continue until November 8.
