Azerbaijani trampoline gymnast Seljan Mahsudova failed to reach the final at the World Cup held in Coimbra, Portugal.
The Olympic participant placed 9th in the qualification round and advanced to the semifinals, Idman.biz reports.
However, a weaker performance in the semifinal left Seljan in 22nd place, eliminating her from the competition.
The World Cup title was claimed by Katerina Ershova (AIN), with Anzhela Bladtceva (AIN) taking silver and China’s Xinyi Fan winning bronze.
Earlier this season, Mahsudova achieved her best result by finishing fifth at the World Cup stage held in Baku.
