In a statement to the press service of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, the freestyle wrestler explained the reason for not being able to become the champion: "I could have won a gold medal. However, due to one mistake, I could not. I was satisfied with the bronze medal."
Rzazada also expressed his opinion about the European championship to be held in Romania: "If I participate in the Continental Championship, I will wrestle at 57 kg. The squad has not been announced yet. The coaches will make the final decision. My job is to stay in shape by exercising constantly. It will happen as the coaches advise. In any case, I have to be ready for the European Championship and the European Olympic Qualifying Tournament."
It should be noted that the European Championship will take place on February 12-18 in Bucharest.
