Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., the eldest son of Portuguese football legend Cristiano Ronaldo, has received his first call-up to Portugal's U17 national team.

As reported by İdman.Biz, the 16-year-old forward, who plays for the academy of Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, has been included in the 23-man squad announced by head coach Filipe Ramos.

The young striker is set to take part in the qualifying campaign for the 2027 UEFA European Under-17 Championship.

Portugal will face Andorra on November 11, Bulgaria on November 14 and Serbia on November 17. All three matches will be held at the Portuguese Football Federation's training complex in Oeiras.

Ronaldo Jr. has previously represented Portugal at U15 and U16 levels. He scored two goals in four appearances for the U15 team and three goals in nine matches for the U16 side.

At club level, the teenager has made seven appearances for Al-Nassr's youth team this season, scoring three goals.
