Liverpool and Real Madrid monitor Michael Olise amid Bayern Munich contract uncertainty

Liverpool are reportedly preparing to intensify their interest in Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise if there are indications that the French international could leave the Bundesliga champions next summer.

As reported by İdman.Biz, citing Football Insider, both Liverpool and Real Madrid are closely monitoring the 24-year-old's contract situation at the German club.

According to the report, Liverpool would consider making a serious move for Olise if Bayern show any willingness to negotiate his departure.

Previous reports have suggested that the French winger wants a release clause included in any new agreement with Bayern Munich, potentially allowing him to leave for a fee of around €200 million.

The Bavarian giants are reportedly keen to extend Olise's contract until 2032 as they seek to secure the long-term future of one of their key attacking players. However, negotiations have been complicated by the player's insistence on including a release clause in the proposed deal.

Olise joined Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024 and quickly established himself as an important figure in the club's attacking lineup.

His technical ability, creativity and versatility have made him one of the most highly regarded wingers in European football, attracting attention from some of the continent's biggest clubs.

For now, Bayern remain determined to retain the French international, while Liverpool and Real Madrid are expected to continue monitoring developments ahead of the next summer transfer window.
