Jalil Jafarov, adviser to the president of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation, member of the CEV Board of Directors, was appointed to the final of the European Cup.
He will perform the function of CEV official in the decisive match of the Challenge Cup among female volleyball players, Idman.biz reports.
Jafarov will evaluate the work of the referees and the supervisor in the match between the French Nantes and the Italian Novara clubs.
The justice representatives of this meeting will be Jelena Mitrovic from Montenegro and Wojciech Marosek from Poland. The match will be held on February 28 at the "Salle Sportive Metropolitaine REZE" arena.
It should be noted that the first game of the final ended with a 3:0 victory for the Italian representative.
