On March 8, the European Olympic Qualifying Tournament for Para Taekwondo will be held in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
Idman.biz reports that Azerbaijan will be represented by 1 athlete in the competition.
Head coach Farid Taghizada will give a chance to Royala Fataliyeva in the fight for a license to the Paris-2024 Summer Paralympic Games. She will compete in the K44 category with a weight of 52 kg.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani athletes have already left for Sofia.
