Azerbaijani para-taekwondo athlete Sabir Zeynalov won a silver medal at the Open Challenge Tournament held in Chuncheon, South Korea.
The national team member competing in the 58 kg weight category started the tournament from the round of 16, Idman.biz reports.
He consecutively defeated opponents from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Thailand to advance to the final. In the decisive match, Zeynalov was defeated by his opponent representing Chinese Taipei and settled for the silver medal.
