At the 29th General Assembly of the European Shooting Confederation organized in Baku, the countries that will host the European Shooting Championships in 2026 and 2027 have been determined.
Idman.biz reports that in 2026, the Continental Shooting Championship will be held in Estonia, and the competition in stand shooting will take place in Greece.
After the vote, it was decided to hold the 2027 European Championship in Finland. But this is a temporary decision. Because the shooting complex in the mentioned country is not yet ready. In 2026, a final decision will be made after the final inspection of the complex located in this country.
It should be noted that in the Assembly held every 2 years, in addition to the voting process for the countries that will host the European Championship in the next years, discussions were held on the development directions of the federations in the next years.
