Kabakci said that on October 27, a cooperation agreement will be signed between the Turkish Canoe and Rowing Federation and the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation: "Tomorrow, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation and the Turkish Canoe and Rowing Federation will sign a joint cooperation agreement. In the coming years, we will further increase the cooperation between the two countries in canoeing and rowing activities. I wish success to all countries participating in the competition."
It should be noted that the "Mingechevir regatta-2023" International Tournament will be concluded on October 27.
