Azerbaijani para-swimmer Raman Salei (S12 category) won a silver medal on the third day of the World Championships held in Singapore.
According to the press service of the National Paralympic Committee, the athlete finished second in the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 24.27 seconds, Idman.biz reports.
On the first day of the competition, Salei won gold in the 100-meter backstroke with a time of 1:01.58, and on the second day, he earned a bronze medal in the 100-meter butterfly with a time of 58.17 seconds.
