After the renovation of its home stadium, Camp Nou, Barcelona’s management has decided to ban concerts at the refurbished arena.
According to Idman.biz, large-scale events will only be permitted during the summer months, from June to September. This measure aims to help preserve the pitch’s grass surface.
Renovation work at Camp Nou began in June 2023. Once construction is completed, the stadium’s capacity will increase from 99,000 to 105,000 spectators. The team’s return to the stadium has been postponed several times.
Barcelona currently sits second in the La Liga standings with 25 points after 11 matches, while Real Madrid leads the table with 30 points.
