Egypt national team captain Mohamed Salah has welcomed a new addition to his family.
As reported by İdman.Biz, the news was first made public by Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan, who revealed that the 34-year-old footballer had welcomed a son.
Dogan said he spent time with Salah and Andre Onana after the match against Amed.
"Onana had welcomed twins, while Salah had a son. I congratulate them, their families and their wives," the Trabzonspor president said.
Salah's sister, Rehab Salah, later confirmed the birth of her brother's son on social media and revealed that the newborn had been named Layl.
Congratulating her brother, she wrote: "The darling of his aunt's heart, Layl Mohamed Salah, who lit up the world."
Salah already has two daughters, Makka and Kayan. With the birth of his son, the footballer is now a father of three.
