He won a silver medal at the Games.
With this, Azerbaijan’s total medal count at the event has risen to four. Previously, Tofig Aliyev (trampoline), Irina Zaretska (karate), and the duo Daniel Abbasov and Murad Rafiyev (acrobatics) also won silver medals in Chengdu.
