The draw for the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League took place today.
At the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, the potential opponent of Azerbaijan Cup winners Sabah was revealed, Idman.biz reports.
If the Baku-based team loses to Slovenia’s Celje in the first round of the Europa League, they will move to the continent’s third-tier club competition and face the winner of the tie between Birkirkara (Malta) and Petrocub (Moldova).
The teams will play the first leg away, with the return match scheduled at home.
The first leg matches of this stage will be held on July 24, with the second legs taking place one week later.
