Nearly 51,000 tickets have already been sold for the UEFA Champions League league-phase Matchday 2 encounter between Azerbaijan's Sabah and Czech side Slavia Prague.
As reported by İdman.Biz, Sabah's head of press service, Elnur Hamidov, confirmed the figure in response to an inquiry from the news agency.
According to Hamidov, the total includes both individual match tickets and tickets purchased as part of multi-match packages.
The impressive sales figures indicate strong interest in the upcoming European fixture, with tens of thousands of supporters expected at Baku Olympic Stadium.
Sabah will play their second match of the Champions League league phase on October 13, hosting Slavia Prague at Azerbaijan's largest football venue.
The encounter represents another important European test for the Baku-based club, nicknamed the "Owls," as they continue their campaign in Europe's premier club competition.
