If the Azerbaijan champion Qarabag defeat Lincoln, will face the winner of Ludogorets (Bulgaria) - Dinamo Minsk (Belarus) pairing. The winner of the duel between Lincoln and Qarabag will play the first match at home. The matches of this stage will take place on August 6-7 and 13.
The matches of Qarabag and Lincoln will be held on July 23 and 30.
