The 1/4 final stage of the traditional international youth tournament dedicated to the memory of the founder of Azerbaijani boxing, Abbas Aghalarov, has been concluded.
Idman.biz reports that the names of the semi-finalists in 5 other weights have been clarified based on the results of the fights that took place on the third day of the competition.
6 more boxers of the Azerbaijan national team ended their performance with victory. Athletes who qualified for the semi-finals secured at least a bronze medal for themselves.
It should be noted that there will be 26 semi-final matches on the fourth day of the competition with the participation of 7 teams. The names of the winners of the tournament will be announced on December 22.
