The competition for freestyle wrestling at the U-23 World Championship held in Tirana, the capital of Albania, has been concluded.
Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijan national team, which won 2 silver and 3 bronze medals, was the 3rd in the world with 87 points.
The USA (148) took the first place, and Türkiye (113) took the second place.
It should be noted that Ziraddin Bayramov (65 kg) and Ashraf Ashirov (79 kg) won silver medals, while Kenan Heybatov (70 kg), Abduljalil Shabanov (92 kg) and Vahit Galayev (125 kg) won bronze medals.
