Azerbaijan championship in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling has started today.
Idman.biz reports that on the first day of the competition, freestyle wrestling was fought in 57, 61, 65, 70, 74 and 79 kg and the winners were determined.
In weight 57 kg, Islam Bazarganov was stronger than all his competitors. Nureddin Novruzov 61 kg, Ali Rahimzade 65 kg took the highest place in the podium. Kanan Heybatov in 70 kg, Jabrayil Gajiyev in 74 kg and Orkhan Abasov in 79 kg won the title of Azerbaijan champion.
